UCSD CAMPUS NOTICE OFFICE OF THE VICE CHANCELLOR - BUSINESS AFFAIRS ALL FACULTY AND STAFF AT UCSD SUBJECT: Notice of Public Hearing PROPOSED REGULATIONS GOVERNING CONDUCT OF NON-AFFILIATES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA IN OR ON UNIVERSITY BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS Pursuant to Section 92440.5 of the California Education Code, the University of California intends to propose that the University's Board of Regents adopt regulations governing the conduct in or on University buildings and grounds of persons who are not students, officers, or employees of the University ("non affiliates"). Violation of regulations adopted pursuant to section 92440.5 constitutes a misdemeanor. A copy of the proposed regulations are posted at http://www.ucop.edu/regs/naffil/ Copies may also be obtained by request (accompanied by a postal or e-mail return address) submitted to the address, e-mail address, or telephone number listed below. The University has not previously adopted regulations under section 92440.5, and the proposed regulations do not amend, supersede or repeal existing University regulations.
