E-Action: Experience, loyalty, and years of service should count!

UC is “inviting” our comments on the new PPMS 60 policy for 30 days, so let’s take them up on that.

Send a message to Executive Vice President Brostrom and HR Vice President Duckett. Tell them that experience, loyalty and years of service should count.

I've been willing to do my part to help the University in difficult times, but taking away the basic layoff protections that seniority gives us is too much! I urge you to withdraw the proposed changes to PPSM #60 and maintain my protection against arbitrary layoff. I've been loyal to UC through tough times. The University should not make unfair and unilateral changes to my employment.
